I just wanted to let everyone know that I am officially back now. My computer died in November, and thanks to some great online friends, I got it back yesterday - better than before.
I am looking forward to putting up some new studies, as well as developing some of my notes that I preached as Devotionals at the Gospel Mission. It has sure been a blessing to be able to preach about 4-5 times a week and see lives changed, and some others get saved along the way. Tough environment - but the Lord certainly is working on hearts there (including mine).
I should have a new study up by tomorrow. It is on Psalm 27, which I preached from a few months ago - though I am adding some more to it. I hope it will be a blessing and a good start for the New Year, as this will be the first study I have posted in 2007.
When you check back later, make sure you go down one post, because the way Blogger works is that the studies are posted in the order that you save them (not in the order published), and I started the devotion on Psalm 27 before posting this - so when it is finished tomorrow (Lord willing), it will be older than this post. (Hope that made sense!)

I am so glad to hear about what is happening at the Gospel Mission! God is using you for sure! I'm praising Him for souls won!
By the way, you can "beat the system" on the way blogger saves by copying and pasting the older post into a new post and delete the old one :-) That's what I do when I want to work ahead :-)

Thanks for the welcome back. And Jeff thanks for your suggestion. I didn't use it this time because when I was finished the study it was already into a new month, so I just copied the post into a new one and deleted the old one.
